1. Scope of Services
FATI PRODUCTION provides the following services in Hong Kong:
Performance services: including concerts, dance performances, theatrical performances and other live entertainment events.
Professional equipment rental: providing audio equipment, lighting equipment, stage facilities and other related equipment.

2. Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing, either by email or formal contract.
Customers are required to pay a deposit after order confirmation to secure the reservation.

3. Payment Terms
Deposit: Customers are required to pay 50% of the total cost as a deposit when confirming the order.
Balance: The balance must be paid within ten days prior to the start of service.
All payments must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars.​

 

4. Cancellation Policy
If the customer needs to change or cancel the order for any reason, all fees paid will not be refunded.

5. Equipment Liability
Customers are responsible for the safety and storage of professional equipment during the rental period.
If the equipment is damaged due to improper use by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

6. Quality of Service
FATI PRODUCTION is committed to providing high-quality performance services and professional equipment, and ensures that the service team has professional knowledge and experience.
If the customer is dissatisfied with the service quality, he/she should raise the issue within 24 hours after the event ends, and FATI PRODUCTION will investigate and handle the issue based on the specific circumstances.

All performances, music, videos and content provided by FATI PRODUCTION are copyrighted by FATI PRODUCTION and may not be used without authorization.

Authorized Use
When using FATI PRODUCTION's services, customers will obtain a limited, non-exclusive license to use the relevant content within the agreed scope. Any additional use requires the written consent of FATI PRODUCTION.

Content modification
Customer may not modify, adapt or create derivative works from the content provided by FATI PRODUCTION unless prior written permission is obtained.

 

Disclaimer
If any legal dispute arises from the customer's failure to comply with copyright terms, the customer shall bear full responsibility, including but not limited to compensating FATI PRODUCTION for the losses suffered as a result.

​Termination
If the customer violates this copyright clause, FATI PRODUCTION has the right to terminate the contract immediately and require the customer to stop using all related content.

8. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any disputes shall be resolved by the Hong Kong courts.

9. Other Terms
FATI PRODUCTION reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and will publish the latest version on the website.
By confirming the order, the customer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions.
